The spring market has sprung! This week in 02124, 02122, and 02125 19 condos have gone under agreement. 5 of those have sold after less that 7 days on the market.

60 Sagamore #1 UAG (only 1 day on market!)
312A Savin Hill Units 1&2 UAG
And it appears that the bidding war/multiple bid has not completely died, several of our buyers have had to play that game this week.
So, while this is great news for sellers, it comes with some pretty big caveats. The properties that sold quick were in A+ areas and were priced correctly. I see a pattern here, I think price may be important (see sarcasm).
