It's a good sign...

An exciting day here at Just In Boston Properties! Justin's dad, John along with Albert and Norena, installed our brand new sign on top of the roof of our office. What we thought would be a simple quick job turned into an all-day affair with wonderful results. John did a great job and took more care and concern for the installation than anyone could've. He made custom brackets that he color matched to the sign and spent the evening attaching it. See the results...

There's something else to do besides watching football on Sundays!

Every week, I have to pin down our agents to schedule the open houses for the upcoming Sunday. It's usually an easy task, as we are eager to show our properties off to new buyers. So far, I've learned how to create and place our ads in the Boston Homes weekly newspaper, put them on our website, get them onto Boston.com, realtor.com, and yahoo.com, advertise them on Craigslist, and now announce them on our new blog. (Did I mention we have a new blog?)

Going Crazy!

We are working like mad here at Just In Boston Properties. Lately, we have added new agents, new blogs, new computers, a new phone system and tons of new rental listings. Phew! Check out the hard work Justin has put into our website and there will be more changes to the site coming soon.
